· Wash your hands first.
· Gently clean the tattoo with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What do I do if my second-skin comes off? Do not worry! This can happen often due to the moisture from the ink. Pat the area dry with a clean paper towel and apply new fresh cling film around the tattoo until the 4 days are up. Of course, if you are still having trouble, don’t hesitate to contact Scott and he will be happily apply a new second-skin.
Q: Is it normal for my tattoo to itch or peel? Yes! Peeling and itching are part of the healing process. Avoid scratching—tap lightly if it’s unbearable.
Q: My tattoo looks faded—did something go wrong? Fresh tattoos can appear dull or milky during healing (called a “healing haze”). Colour will return once fully healed.
Q: Can I shower with a new tattoo? Yes, but keep it brief. You can allow the water to wash over the tattoo but avoid soaking the tattoo (i.e., do not have a bath). Pat it dry after.
Q: How long until my tattoo is fully healed? Surface healing takes 2–3 weeks, but deeper layers can take 4–6 weeks to fully settle.
Q: What if I think my tattoo is infected? Look out for signs like pus, extreme pain, or fever. If concerned, contact Scott or a medical professional immediately.
